Police warn that there are traditional healers out there who are promising that they can multiply people’s money and make them millionaires. Some victims of this scam have gone so far as to resign from their work and take all their money to these con artists. They are then robbed of their hard-earned cash.
Some traditional healers hand pamphlets / adverts to the public on street corners and other areas in Ladysmith, advertising their muti. They claim to be able to heal all diseases and make you rich.

Innocent people who visit these traditional healers to get help often end up being victimised in many ways, even being raped and robbed.
The fraudsters will take your money and disappear without a trace, because some are from other countries.
The bottom line: Stay away from these people and don’t believe their lies.
People are advised to stop taking adverts from traditional healers, because they end up being the victims of crime in many ways.
