Graduates celebrated at special ceremony

Campus Manager, Mr. V. Mthembu had the honour of calling upon the graduates to step onto the stage, to be presented with their diplomas.

Majuba TVET College held its graduation ceremony on October 25 and 26, at its CPD Campus in Madadeni, Section 2.

In officially welcoming graduates and opening the ceremony, Principal, Sanele Mlotshwa offered heartfelt and kind words:

“When you think about the last couple of years, you’ll probably remember that your greatest lessons came from outside the classroom. It’s a good reminder that learning doesn’t stop just because you received a diploma. Keep learning.”

He encouraged students to keep learning and dreaming, and to always strive to achieve greatness.

Deputy Director General in Skills Development, Mr. Z Mvalo, from the Department of Higher Education (Science and Technology), captured the attention of all attendees with his keynote address.

Mvalo encouraged graduates to always be patient, humble and to never give up.

Deputy Director for Corporate Services, Mr. K. Shangase delivered the vote of thanks on Day Two of the ceremony, and expressed sincere gratitude to everyone, including committee members, various departments from the college, graduates and parents, for making the ceremony such a success.

He further thanked Mlotshwa for his strong leadership qualities.
