Animal Awareness Day planned for Glencoe

A day for pets and pampering and animal awareness

Animals should always be given the best of care.

Animal welfare will take centre stage on Monday (November 4), thanks to the office of the State Veterinarian.
The State Veterinarian will host a special day at the Glencoe Spar Centre from 9am to 4pm, in an attempt to put pets first.

General check-ups will be done on animals and basic services will be rendered, including vaccinations and 5-in-1 shots for puppies (for those who can’t afford the service).

There will also be a drop off point for food for the SPCA.

Animal owners are encouraged to come out and support the day, and put the health of their pets first.
