Dandelion
The entire plant can be used for digestive upsets, rheumatism, liver, gall treatments, diabetes, high blood pressure and fluid retention.
It is rich in Vitamin A, B complex, calcium, iron and potassium. The roots stimulate bile production and are used to treat hangovers. The bright-yellow flowers are used to relieve coughs. In salads, as garnish, they are edible. Use as a wash for itchy skin.

Datura Stramonium / Stinkblaar is used for healing but cannot be eaten.

Datura Stramonium / Stinkblaar
Used for healing properties only. No part of this herb is edible, so do not consume. Apply the warm leaf to painful areas. Use to treat rheumatic conditions, gout and boils. The fresh, warmed topside of the leaf can be used to drain boils and abscesses, and the underside of the leaf to heal a cleansed wound.
