The Grade 5s arrived at school dressed in their finest Egyptian attire. Cleopatra’s, Tutankhamen’s, civilians and even a pyramid entered the classroom, which looked a little like Egypt for the day.

The learners enjoyed taking part in fun activities such as writing in hieroglyphics, building their own shaduf and discovering artefacts in ancient Egypt as archaeologists. The learners thoroughly enjoyed the day’s festivities.
