Monument Primary School held their annual athletics meeting at the Ladysmith High School (LHS) sports field recently, with hundreds of learners giving it their all in various track and field events.
Parents made sure they were there to cheer on their children from the sidelines as the young athletes hurtled towards the finish line.

The learners put on a great show, with many records being broken on the day.
From high jump to long jump, discus and hurdles, the athletics meeting was certainly an action-packed affair.
