Chinese CPF aims to create a safe business environment

Around 500 members of the Chinese community, SAPS officials from both Newcastle and out of town, and Chinese delegates graced the ceremony with their presence.

The Chinese Community Policing Forum (CPF) hosted an Inauguration Ceremony at Blackrock Casino on August 17.

Around 500 members of the Chinese community, SAPS officials from both Newcastle and out of town, and Chinese delegates graced the ceremony with their presence.

The aim of this function was to form a partnership with SAPS, in the spirit of fighting against crime.

Specific attention was placed on creating a safe business environment for members of the Chinese community and Chinese business owners, who play a major role in contributing to the economy of the town.
