Container fire breaks out on Karel Landman Street

A fire has broken out on Karel Landman Street, spreading panic as billowing black smoke fills the air.

The blaze appears to have started in containers behind the Department of Transport complex. Many feared the nearby Symonsdale House was also on fire, but this is not the case.
