Intended for brides-to-be and prospective newlyweds, the fair catered for every aspect of planning a wedding, from professional photographers, event planners, designers, florists, hat makers, wedding decoration experts to beauty treatment specialists.

Those who attended the Bridal Fair were greeted at the door by friendly Blackrock staff members and MidCity Grill restaurant chefs, who offered tasters of delicious food for weddings as well as wedding cake options.

Exhibitors ensured every bride-to-be found the perfect combination for their wedding day.

One lucky couple won a sponsored wedding to the value of R50 000 courtesy of Blackrock Casino, with the winner chosen by way of a lucky draw.
