The case regarding a husband who allegedly shot his wife at their home in Mkhamba Gardens on Wednesday, May 29, has been withdrawn from the Ladysmith Magistrate’s Court.
It is believed that the couple were involved in a heated argument, which culminated in the wife being shot.
She was injured and opened a case at Ladysmith police station.
The court is waiting for information in connection with the shooting.
