To those he protects, security boss, Sipho Ngcobo is a stern figure. To his family however, he a gentle heart who cares dearly for his 17 children.
The reputable businessman owner talks fondly about his children, and claims to be both a strict father and a softie. To him, his children are simply his entire world.
“Being a father is such a blessing. Being in the security industry is so stressful, but I have mastered the art of not taking out my frustrations on my family, especially my children. As a businessman and father, I am a good listener. We need to listen attentively to our children and look out for signs when they are not happy. Be responsive when they talk to you and always try to give them positive answers.”
Sipho explains Father’s Day activities are never planned by him, and his children always take charge.
“I have very spontaneous children who always surprise me on father’s day. I am wishing nothing but success for my children.”
