A serving police officer, who is one of three suspects accused of gang raping a teenager in Ladysmith last year, has still not been arrested.
This after a 15-year-old girl accused three people – a police officer, a teacher and a former police officer – of kidnapping and raping her.
The teacher and former police officer were arrested, but the serving police officer is still at large.
Detectives from the Ladysmith Family Violence, Child Protection & Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit are investigating a case of rape and kidnapping.
The case is being heard at the Ladysmith Magistrate’s Court.
