A large variety of exquisite cars entered Ladysmith on Saturday morning (May 25).
Ratrods, muscle cars, super cars and even beautiful vintage machines graced our town with their dashing exteriors and loud engines.
The vehicles came through from all around South Africa and even abroad, some sporting left-hand drive systems.
They made a stop in Ladysmith on their way to Pietermaritzburg for the ‘Cars in the Park’ event. Murchison Street was closed off for a short while, giving onlookers the chance to view the stationary automobiles.

The cars also raced down Murchison Street at the drop of a checkered flag and their times were clocked to see which one was the fastest.
A large number of people gathered around to see this one-of-a-kind event in Ladysmith.
