Members of the community spotted a man’s body floating in Windsor Dam on Monday (May 20).
They immediately contacted the police.
Search & Rescue, along with K9 Unit officers, worked tirelessly to retrieve the body from the water.
The body was in a bad state of decomposition when it was found.

Forensics and mortuary services also responded to the scene.
Police are currently investigating the gruesome find.
