Emergency Services are on hand at the Greytown entrance to Dundee, where a bakkie and another vehicle have collided.
The road near the SASSA office has been blocked due to the severity of the crash.
One person is still trapped inside the bakkie and emergency personnel are trying to free them.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area.
