Newcastle-born businessman, Mohamed Seedat is tackling the real estate industry in leaps and bounds.
Having run Security & Style for 16 years, Mohamed has built up a large network and database of property owners. As a result, he has also amassed a great deal of knowledge in the home industry.
“Renovating, buying and selling property is my passion,” Mohamed says.
In 2012 Mohamed and his sister Fathima launched the Remax franchise, leaving their mark and set trends in the property industry. During that time, their outstanding success was rewarded with many awards and accolades.
In 2016 Mohamed, driven by his passion and ambition decided to further his career in real estate by moving to Cape Town.
The city proved to be an ocean of knowledge in the many aspects of the industry and he seized this opportunity to become better and further his training.
However, home is where the heart is and he returned to Newcastle in 2018. During his absence Fathima decided that running a franchise business in a small town was not profitable nor necessary after already being well-known and reputable agents.
Mohamed, who has now joined Fathima under the banner of Maxsee Property, promises continued excellent service and efficiency in the property industry.
