Op Donderdag 28 Februarie het Ichthus weer hulle jaarlikse Oupa- en Oumadag aangebied! Hulle het ook die geleentheid benut om die skool se 22ste verjaarsdag te vier! Die kinders was dubbeld so opgewonde, want Oupa en Ouma het kom kyk! Al die kinders vanaf Graad RR tot Graad 7 het een en elk met ‘n verskeidenheid van items vermaak.
Ichthus se hartlike dank aan al die grootouers en vriende van die skool wat hierdie oggend meegemaak het! Ichthus waardeer julle en bid julle die Here se rykste seën toe!

On Monday, February 25, the u/12 and u/13 boys and girls from Ichthus took part in the annual Endumeni Hockey trials at Dundee High School
Twelve of their learners, namely, Thato Lebina (u/12), Keagen Kruger (u/12), Jordan Rotol (u/12), Amiel Laloo (u/12), Lubanzi Mosia (u/12), Faith Mazibuko (u/12), Minenhle Moeti (u/12), Mvelo Lembede (u/13), Akabongwe Nkabinde (u/13), Khwezi Molefe (u/13), Melize Visagie (u/13) and Bandile Zwane (u/13) made it through to the first round.
On Wednesday, February 27 at Wembley College, Greytown, the learners played their hearts out to secure their places in the Umzinyathi hockey teams.
Ichthus congratulates Keagen Kruger (u/12), Thato Lebina (u/12), Lubanzi Mosia (u/12), Faith Mazibuko (u/12), Khwezi Molefe (u/13) and Bandile Zwane (u/13) who were selected for the Umzinyathi hockey teams. The learners are absolutely delighted to be part of the teams and they look forward to the Inter-District Tournament in Pietermaritzburg. Soli Deo Gloria.
Ichthus would like to congratulate all the Umzinyathi players who were selected for the KZN Inland hockey team. Thank you to all the teachers who coach the learners and to Mr and Mrs Boshoff who accompanied the learners to Greytown.
