A boy, believed to be 18 years old, has died after being involved in an accident earlier this afternoon.
He was a passenger in the car and it is alleged that the driver of the vehicle lost control and crashed into a residential perimeter wall before coming to a halt with the car landing on its hood.
The deceased was found on the roof of an adjacent house. Paramedics administered medical treatment to the boy, but he sadly passed away at the scene.
The driver and one other passenger sustained minor injuries.
The exact cause of the incident remains subject to police investigation.
