Motorists are notified that all lanes along the N3 are now open and traffic is free to flow.
Eskom has successfully completed the replacement of overhead power cables at the Petronet Substation near Tweedie and at the Midmar Pump Station.
This effectively means that all lanes towards Johannesburg (northbound) and Pietermaritzburg (southbound) have been re-opened to traffic.
