Andiswa scoops first position in Pretoria

Andiswa was invited to compete at the International Science Fair where he left the judges in awe

Andiswa Mkhize is proof that hard work pays off.

The grade four learner at Sifisosethu Primary School in Zwelisha and the Principal Mr Shabalala got fully-paid flights and accommodation in Pretoria.

Andiswa was invited to compete at the International Science Fair where he left the judges in awe and won first place.

“We are proud of this huge achievement and wish to thank everyone who assisted our learner in preparing for this olympiad. A big congratulations to him and his family, keep up the good work, ” said Ms Ndaba and Mr Mbongwa of Sifisosethu Primary School.

Mr Shabalala explained that it was an unforgettable adventure for the learner to be on a plane, stay at five-star hotels and see many places of interest.

The lad was awarded a laptop, certificate and a trophy for best performance.
