CANSA Wellness Day – Get tested today

Through early detection, Cancer can be beaten

The CANSA Wellness Day is underway at Dr Ramdharee’s offices and residents are urged to come down and get tested.

A nurse is conducting Pap Smears and Breast Checks for women and Prostate Specific Antigen checks for men. The first 30 women will receive a free Pap Smear and Breast Check while the first 20 men will receive a  free Prostate Specific Antigen check.

There are also Lifestyle Risk Assessment tests being performed.

Heidi Jansen, CANSA’s Community Mobiliser said the aim of the day was to spread awareness and promote early detection.

The wellness day ends at 2pm, so don’t miss out on your chance to get a free screening.
