JUST IN: Amajuba Pass fire flares up – (Motorists be warned)
It is believed the fire had spread from the Kwaggasnek area to the Inkwelo area of the Pass.
A portion of the Amajuba Pass (Laing’s Nek) is once again engulfed in flames after a veld fire flared up earlier this afternoon.

According to a reliable source it is believed the runaway veld fire had started in the Kwaggasnek area and eventually spread to the Inkwelo area.
Motorists using the Amajuba Pass are urged to practice extreme caution, as veld fires continue to obscure visibility.
