St Gregory Primary School hosted the 2018 Readathon. Drakensview Primary School sent their best readers to compete on the day.

The adjudicators Mrs Henry, Mrs Ruth Green and Mrs Jean Charlton had the difficult job of listening to everyone read, and judging them.
The competition was tough as the standard of reading was high. Drakensview tied with Forderville Primary for first place. All the participants won books.
Ms Freese from St Gregory is to be commended on organising the well-run event and thanks to St Gregory’s for hosting it.
