Secretary’s Day (also known as Administrative Professionals’ Day) is an unofficial holiday that aims to recognise the work of all secretaries, admin assistants, receptionists and other administrative support professionals.

This day was established in 1952 through the work of Harry F Klemfuss, who wanted to highlight the value and importance of the secretarial role within a company.
