A man’s body was recovered by Warrant Officer Jacques Meyer from Ladysmith K9 Search & Rescue on Thursday (August 30).
The man, who is believed to have been mentally challenged, went missing from his residence in the Limehill area of Ekuvukeni the previous day.
The body was found in a quarry dam in the area.

The deceased has not yet been officially identified.
