Ladysmith Lions Club collects food for Mandela Day to help those in need

The Ladysmith Lions are celebrating Mandela Day early by having a ‘food drive’ at Pick ‘n Pay as part of the ‘Give a meal this Mandela Day’ campaign.

This campaign will help FoodForward SA provide food to communities in need.

The food drive will take place this Saturday (July 14), from 9am onwards.

People looking to donate can simply drop off their donations while the Lions are at Pick ‘n Pay, as they do their best to fill their donation bin.

Non-perishables are preferable (sugar, canned food, etc).
