1 dead, others seriously injured in bakkie crash on Peacetown road

One person sadly lost their life in a crash on Saturday morning (June 30) on the Peacetown road.

It is believed that the driver of the bakkie lost control and the vehicle rolled off the main road in Peacetown.

One person was declared dead at the scene.

Four other people were injured, with one person sustaining serious injuries.

The injured were treated on scene before being taken to hospital for further medical attention.

A large crowd of onlookers gathered around to see what was going on.
