Sascha Naidoo’s alleged murderer to appear in court again this month

The accused was recently admitted to Fort Napier in Pietermaritzburg and underwent a mental assessment, before being transferred back to Waterval Prison.

The man accused of the murder of Warrant Officer Sascha Naidoo in June last year, will once again appear in the Madadeni Magistrate’s Court on March 20.

According to Newcastle SAPS Corporate Communications and Liaison Officer, Captain Jabulani Ncube, the accused was recently admitted to Fort Napier in Pietermaritzburg and underwent a mental assessment, before being transferred back to Waterval Prison.

The results of the evaluation are still pending, and will be released in court.
