Little Butterflies Preschool & Crèche constantly provides valuable educational experiences for their learners.
The learners spent Thursday morning at the Fun Rides Arena.
They were not afraid to cheer and scream with delight on the rides, and the intermittent rain did nothing to dampen the learners’ enthusiasm.
Their excitement brought smiles of joy to their teachers, who watched attentively as they supervised their charges.
This outing forms part of their life skills programme, with the learners being encouraged to support and assist each other as they climbed onto the rides, showing the educational value of friendship, togetherness, love and support.
The learners and educators later sat together and enjoyed a quick snack and drink before returning to school.
The principal and staff say a huge “thank you” to the management of Fun Rides and to all the parents for their assistance.
Little Butterflies is also a fully functional and certified day-care centre with a difference. The day-care centre boasts educators and assistants who are well trained, sensitive and compassionate.
The centre is set to commence in the second term.
