Motorbike thieves have gone out in force in the area

Two years ago the thieves hit motorbike owners throughout Northern KZN and were thought to be part of a syndicate that illegally transported the motorbikes to Mozambique.
There have been several incidents reported with the latest being a theft from Glencoe over the weekend where a motorbike was simply carried over the wall.
Motorbike owners are urged to ensure that their machines are securely locked away at all times.
