MUST READ: Newcastle’s Hindi Pracharni Sabha Temple becomes home for Navaratri miracle

Has the Hindi Pracharni Sabha Temple experienced a Navratri miracle, with the appearance of an unexplained feminine face?

In an era where technology and science reign, miracles are often viewed with scepticism.

Yet, the Hindi Pracharni Sabha (HPS) Temple has evidence the spiritual world still has sway on the hearts of the faithful.

An unexplained face recently appeared on a cement tile at the temple’s property, which some believe is the face of the Divine Mother.

“The face appeared partially on Wednesday (September 20), and we left it to see what would happen,” said Ramesh Seeberath, a devotee from HPS Temple.

After a few days passed, temple goers were flabbergasted to see a feminine face clearly visible on the cement tile.

As Hindus were celebrating Navaratri, Seeberath has taken this as a sign.

“I believe the Divine Mother has made her presence known, and she is here with us.”

Seeberath explained Navaratri meant ‘nine nights’ and was one of the most important festivals in the Hindu religion.

During the Navaratri period, devotees hold several prayers and fast to display their faith.

“It symbolises the victory of good over evil, and during the period, we invoke the energy of God,” explained Seeberath.

This energy was personified through Durga, who was also referred to as Devi, Adi Parashakti, Shakti and Bhavani.

“This energy helps God proceed with the power of creation, preservation and destruction,” explained Seeberath.

With the mysterious appearance of the face, Seeberath said it fell perfectly within the Navaratri period.

Navaratri is divided into three sets of three nights.

The first three nights, the Divine Mother is invoked as the powerful force of Durga.

The second set of three nights, the Divine Mother is adored as the provider of spiritual health.

The final three nights are spent worshipping the Mother Goddess Saraswati, who represented knowledge, music, arts, wisdom and nature.

On the last day of Navaratri, Hindu devotees celebrate Vijayadashami, which signifies the end of the auspicious period.

While Navaratri comes to an end on Saturday, October 1, Seeberath said the temple would keep the cement tile where the Divine Mother appeared.

“As she chose the place, we are going to leave her where she appeared. We can’t move her around, as we have to respect her,” concluded Seeberath.
