A Grade 12 pupil was shot dead outside his high school this morning (September 18) in the Ladysmith area.
He had finished writing his first exam for the day and had one more exam to complete in the afternoon.
He was, however, killed outside the school before he could write his second examination.
A case has been opened and police are investigating.
