40-year-old Ladysmith man appears in court on murder charges

A 40-year-old man appeared in the Ezakheni Magistrate’s Court on Monday (July 31), facing a murder charge.

This follows an incident that happened on Saturday in Ezakheni C-Section.

At about 4.15pm, it is alleged that the accused shot and killed a 37-year-old.

The motive for the murder is unclear at this time and investigation into the matter is ongoing.

The deceased has not yet been identified.
