Multiple injuries in taxi crash
It is believed that one of the taxis side-swiped the other
A number of passengers were injured in a collision at the Ezakheni Plaza yesterday afternoon (August 1).
Two taxis were involved in the crash. The vehicles were travelling in opposite directions.
It is believed that one of the taxis side-swiped the other, forcing it off the road.

Emergency officials responded to the scene.
The injured were stabilised at the scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
