Skateboarders were invited to attend a business meeting last week, hosted by Johan Pieters.
The meeting was critical to determine how best to proceed with plans to create a local skateboard park.
Pieters is intent on having the park ready for use within a year.
While plans are still in their infancy, the meeting made a number of important determinations.
