Health Department launches immunisation campaign

The Umzinyathi District Department of Health has launched a polio and measles immunisation campaign, which will run until June 30.
The campaign will cover children from 6-59 months old and parents are urged to ensure their children receive this free immunisation by visiting the public hospitals in the district, clinics, Phila Mtwana sites and mobile points.
Parents are advised to sign consent forms and return them to schools as health facilitators will also be visiting schools.
