Naraisimha Yagna performed to dispel negativity

The Yagna or Fire Ceremony is a purification ritual which benefits nature and animals, divinity, ancestors and fellow man.

Those in pursuit of spiritual enlightenment were able to attend Narasimha Yagna held on Sunday.

A Narasimha Yagna is particulary powerful in dispelling negativity and evil forces.

The programme also included OM chanting, the powerful group healing technique introduced by Swami Vishwachakradharananda for the modern age.

Swami Vishwachakradharananda conducted the ceremony as part of his Yagna Tour.

The swami is a member of Bhakti Marga, a Hindu organisation dedicated to the upliftment of spirituality.

He was initiated into the organisation as a swami in 2011 in Stanger and has since travelled across the world, spreading Hindu teachings of love and compassion

The well-known Karthiegasen Pillay, one of the world’s leading Carnatic musicians and Bhakti Marga devotee performed at the event as well.
