Northern KZN caravaners keep social responsibility in mind

This year's beneficiary, elected at the AGM in January, was Sanjos Home, as they receive no assistance from the State or any other body whatsoever.

The NNWK (Northern KZN Caravan Club) held had a successful camp at Balele Caravan Camp, Utrecht, during February 2017, notwithstanding the fact that the camp has been grossly neglected, and needs urgent attention.
During the camp a cheque of R1 500 was handed to the owners/managers of Sanjos Home for the Aged situated in Eland Crescent, Vryheid, as part of the club’s Social Responsibility programme, which has been running for the  past 14 years.
Numerous organisations, such as old-age homes, SPCA and Children’s Homes have benefitted from this Social Responsibility programme over the past years. This year’s beneficiary, elected at the AGM in January, was Sanjos Home, as they receive no assistance from the State or any other body whatsoever.
The programme entails money collected from members during Sunday Church Services at camps on camping weekends (keep in mind that members only camp one weekend per month) being donated to a worthy cause.
The NNWK extends an invitation to all caravan/tent owners, to come and enjoy a camping weekend with us during the weekend of April 21-23 at the Battlefields caravan camp, Tayside, Dundee. (Costs apply).
