The Al-Imdaad Foundation team, along with its volunteers, went out to the affected areas and distributed five-litre bottles of water to grateful families.

The Dawah Centre in Poona Road also helped by allowing the community to fetch water whenever they were free to do so, and however many times they needed to.

“We are very grateful to the Al-Imdaad Foundation for their kind gesture. May the Lord bless them,” said a thankful resident. “Not many of us can afford water, but this foundation really went out of their way to help our community,” added the resident.
