A new year has started and the Sarel Cillier High School welcomes all its grade eights and new learners who have joined the school. Hope that you will create great memories of your time here and that you will work hard with the school to achieve excellence. On the sports fields a lot of building and breaking has been taking place.

Two new change rooms are almost complete and the pavilion has been changed to accommodate a tuck shop. This past weekend the prefects attended a leadership workshop at Drakensville.
On Friday they had team building, stumbled around an obstacle course and executed trust exercises in the pouring rain. On Saturday they woke up to a blue, sunny sky which was perfect for zip-lining, raft building and archery (to be on target for the year!). The prefects thank Mr Van Staden and all the educators who were involved for a wonderful opportunity.
