Alfred Duma Local Municipality held their Municipal Awards on Wednesday (December 14) at the Indoor Sports Complex.
Municipal workers filled up the hall to either receive an award or cheer on the recipients.
The event saw all departments within the local municipality taking to the stage to collect their awards.
There were different categories, such as: ‘Most Disciplined of the Year’, ‘Team Member of the Year’ and ‘Supervisor of the Year’.
Mayor Vincent Madlala urged all employees who did not receive an award to work harder next year, as this is a reflection of a job well done.
