Adoption is the best Christmas gift ever

There are many dogs at the kennels looking for loving homes, as well as cats and kittens, so adopt today

An adorable, young, black, female Labrador-cross was found in Drift Road on Tuesday morning. If this dog belongs to you, then please contact the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) to claim your dog.

There are many dogs at the kennels looking for loving homes, as well as cats and kittens.

The best Christmas gift you could give them is a new and loving home. If you are interested in adopting, contact Annamarie Koen on 076-151-1784.

However, beware of giving a pet as a gift to someone else, as you don’t know if they are ready for the responsibilities that come with taking care of an animal. Your kind gesture may backfire at the dog or cat’s expense!

A very special thank you to Pierre Massyn, Monument Primary School and Haas Das for their kind donations towards the league.

We are always in need of dog and cat food, so if you are interested in donating, please contact Annamarie.

All your contributions towards the league are greatly appreciated.
