Appreciating a man of God and a pillar of strength

The Sinai Ministries congregation paid tribute to Pastor Duran Kally for being a pillar of strength, a spiritual spark, a beacon of hope and a guiding force in their lives

Sinai Ministries had their ‘Pastor Appreciation Day’ on Sunday at the church in Centenary Road. The contribution one makes towards the lives of people outside one’s own realm is indeed a remarkable act that cannot go unrecognised.

Every recipient of such an act must take every opportunity to acknowledge the person who rekindled their light or who lit the flame within.

Members of Sinai Ministries therefore paid tribute to a man of God, Pastor Duran Kally, for being a pillar of strength, a spiritual spark, a beacon of hope and a guiding force in their lives.

“Appreciation to Pastor Duran allows us, the followers of Christ, to impress the values and teachings he imparts into our lives, to indicate that his dedication and service to the kingdom is indeed a priceless act that is recognised for its sincerity, intensity and worth,” is the message from the church.

The congregation says Pastor Duran has been the voice of calm in the midst of chaos, a stabiliser in trying situations, and has been the source of wisdom in many of the decisions members had to make when faced with a crossroads in their lives.

“His intuition and discernment has allowed the congregation to experience the promises of God and ensured that we build on our faith.” The church honoured him for going beyond the call of duty, for being a steadfast example and an unwavering ambassador of Jesus Christ.

It was said that “Pastor Duran has displayed humility as strength, humanity as priceless, and the word of God as the true rock in our lives… May you continue to be an excellent representative and champion of the higher calling.”

The congregation also want to thank Mount View Lodge, Remed Pharmacy, and every leader and member of Sinai for enhancing the appreciation service and allowing it to be a monumental occasion.
