Rebels batted first making 145/2 thanks to Mfundo’s 57 and 47 from Zeze K.
Ashruf took 1/18 and Udien took 1/21 for Ace Eagles. In reply, Ace Eagles chased own the score with one wicket in hand and one ball in hand. Yusheeer top scored with 43 and Ashruf scored 14.
Balathundo took 2/20 and Mfundo took 2/21 as Rebels fought valiantly right to the death.
Paki Lions vs Farmers – 30 Over
Paki Lions batted first, scoring 169/9 in their allotted overs. Adeel top scored with 57 while Farouk also impressed with 53.
Farmer’s best bowler was Kyle who took 4/19 and Henning John took 4/49. In reply Farmers could only make 100/5 in 18 overs when bad light stopped play. Paki Lions won thanks to their superior run rate. Woesie top scored with 39 while Cameron scored 15 for Farmers.
Arshaad took 3/23 and Adeel took 1/4 as Paki Lions did the double over Farmers.
