Join him for the first Ladysmith 'parkrun', to be held on November 5
Ladysmith will have its own ‘parkrun’, starting on November 5 at the Country Club. Parkrun is a free, weekly, 5km timed run/walk that takes place around the world every Saturday at 8am.
The run is open to everyone, is free, and safe and easy to take part in.
People of all abilities are encouraged to participate, from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; young and old, we welcome you all.

It’s very important to register and get your own number and barcode! Without a barcode, you will not receive your time.
