Paramedics show ML Sultan pupils how they save lives

The scholars were amazed by how the paramedics worked hand-in-hand with the rescue technicians to free and treat the injured

Sharaj Medical Rescue Services visited ML Sultan Primary School today (September 27) to demonstrate how paramedics respond to an accident and treat those who are injured.

The scenario was that three people had been involved in an accident, one of whom had sustained serious injuries, one moderate injuries and one minor injuries. Paramedics quickly responded to the ‘scene’, along with rescue technicians. In addition to treating the moderate and minor injuries, they were also tasked with extricating a patient trapped underneath a vehicle.

The scholars were amazed at how the paramedics worked hand-in-hand with the rescue technicians to free and treat the injured.

Pupil Nduduzo Majozi was inspired by the effort paramedics put in to save people’s lives and stressed that he too wants to become a paramedic one day.
