Ladysmith Visible Policing officers arrested a 26-year-old suspect in the Ladysmith CBD yesterday morning (September 26).
The man was stopped after being found with two bags filled with copper piping.
The man was unable to give an explanation as to where he had obtained the property.
He is due to appear in the Ladysmith Magistrate’s Court today, facing charges of being in possession of suspected stolen property.
