3km Walk Ladies: Dead Heat: Joyce Shabalala and Thobeka Mbatha 25m26s.
3km Run Ladies: 1st Kholiwe Buthelezi 20m19s.
4km Run Mens: 1st Zwelihle Duma 19m27s.
Luise won the 2km ladies walk event in a good time, closely followed by Lani. Lusanne walked an excellent P.B. in third and not far behind was Bets in fourth. In the 2km mens walk event, newcomer, Cronje Stadler, enjoyed his first experience at time trials. In only his fourth appearance at time trials, Suheshan ran his third consecutive P.B. in the 2km boys run event.
Joyce and Thobeka completed the ladies 3km walk event in a creditable time. Kholiwe did well in the 3km ladies run event. Zwelihle remains ever consistent in the mens 4km run event. Well done to all.
