Industry captain bids a fond farewell

NEWCASTLE – Theo Clark, a long-time Newcastle resident, is leaving town.

Mr Clark, who retired from the then-ISCOR as manager, after 42 years with the company, will relocate to be with his children in Potchefstroom.
Many will also remember Mr Clark as a former deputy mayor and a past president of the Newcastle Golf Club.

Mr Clark’s friends presented him with a clock as a farewell present – this way, he will always have time to remember Newcastle fondly.
