Church empowers women
Bringing joy to many hearts was the order of the day
Word of Faith Ministries held a women’s celebration at their church in Mill Street on Saturday afternoon. With the theme “I Am”, the event celebrated and honoured womanhood.
The church’s aim was upliftment by sharing testimonies from ordinary women who have been through real hardships and difficulty. This made for an afternoon filled with empowering talks, drama and loads of laughter.

Ladysmith’s very own Bala and Peru graced the occasion with an entertaining drama called ‘The Proposal’.
The event ended with a fun-filled fashion show presented by the ladies from Word of Faith Ministries.
Scrumptious treats, desserts, cool drinks, tea and coffee were served at tables that were beautifully decorated in yellow and white.
It certainly was a fun, uplifting and entertaining day for all who attended!
